Superb product and support given with its installation I bought a Microsoft Office from them and being an old boy had no idea how to install it properly. I got into a right mess when following their instructions that came with the purchase (most probably my fault). So I got onto their support with Dave through their "chat" facility and he was quite brilliant. He led me through all the necessary steps to tidy things up initially and then complete the full installation successfully. This took quite some time as my download internet speeds are dire but Dave stuck with me over this throughout. I can't praise this Company and Dave in the online support aspect enough.
