I bought a Microsoft Office from them and being an old boy had no idea how to install it properly. I got into a right mess when following their instructions that came with the purchase (most probably my fault). So I got onto their support with Dave through their "chat" facility and he was quite brilliant. He led me through all the necessary steps to tidy things up initially and then complete the full installation successfully. This took quite some time as my download internet speeds are dire but Dave stuck with me over this throughout.
I can't praise this Company and Dave in the online support aspect enough.

It is easy to use, but always shows red or yellow items to double check. Better safe than sorry. I have had issues in the past two years connecting with my accounts, but in general the auto download from your financial institutions works as well as any other software.

After finishing the process, i was expecting e-filing. Instead, I was asked to update program!!! I was nervous!! I began updating as directed. It froze up. Would not move further. And I thought this is stupid. I found all desk top folders but HRB was no where. That means I had to start from scratch. Buy another HRB prog and re-do taxes!!
I am using HRB for more than a decade!! This is the first time such huge problem in program. After spending lot of time in trouble shooting, I found the program and all was straightened out. I could finish tax and e-filing- But HRB is great program all

I was skeptical at first and used to always go to the H&R Block office and pay $200+ for the same service. The software is really simple to install, update and use. Bought on 31March, completed Federal & State (CA) on Apr 01 and E-filed both. Got my refunds deposited in my bank account on Apr 9th(State) and Apr10th(Federal). I would highly recommend it.
